California Title 8 Regulations are a set of rules established by the California Code of Regulations (CCR) that govern workplace safety and health. They are enforced by Cal/OSHA and cover a wide range of topics including:
- Injury and illness prevention
- Hazardous substances
- Machine and equipment safety
- Construction safety
- Workplace conditions (i.e. ventilation, noise, ergonomics)
