 Through the following initiatives, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), also referred to as Cal/OSHA, safeguards and enhances the health and safety of California’s working population as well as the security of those utilizing elevators, amusement rides and tramways: 

  • Establishing and upholding standards 
  • Offering support, education and outreach 
  • Permitting, licensing, certifying, registering, and approving
